Includes both Federal and California tax materials. Primary sources – IRS Code, Federal Tax Regulations, and Federal Tax Cases plus IRS Administrative rulings, Letter Rulings and Memorandum. Secondary sources – U.S. Master Tax Guide and the Standard Federal Income Tax Reporter arranged by IRS Code, and California State Tax Reporter. Researchers may browse the content or use the Citator to locate cases, rulings, or tax code sections by citation.

The NCLC Digital Library provides access to the complete text of all NCLC treatises on consumer law topics including: debt collection and debtor rights, foreclosures and mortgage lending, student loans, truth in lending, unfair and deceptive acts and practices, credit reporting, credit discrimination, consumer warranty law, and repossessions, among other consumer protection issues.

Gale Legal Forms- California Forms Library

Gale Legal Forms – California Forms Library offers a wide selection of essential state-specific (and multi-state) legal forms that may be customized for the most common legal procedures. The database includes thousands of transactional and litigation forms on a variety of legal topics- real estate forms, business forms, contracts, wills & trusts, powers of attorney, pre-marital agreements, bankruptcy, divorce, landlord tenant and many others.

The California Forms Library can be searched by keyword/form name or browsed by practice area (e.g. Promissory Notes). Forms can be downloaded as Word documents and saved to your computer.
