·        When does the Alameda County Eviction Moratorium end?

·        Are there any local cities that will continue their moratoria for a period of time past the end of the Alameda County Eviction Moratorium?

·        Are there changes to the landlord tenant relationship and eviction process that will continue past the end of the eviction moratoria, for example in Oakland?

·        Will the ex parte application still be required for evictions?

·        Can landlords collect back rent from during the moratorium? Will there be forms of assistance for landlords and tenants regarding back rent?

 

About the Speaker

Attorney Richard Beckman provides advice to owners and property managers on all aspects of landlord-tenant issues regarding residential and commercial matters. He represents clients in a broad range of real estate-related disputes, including partition of co-ownership interests, agency and broker liability, purchase contract disputes, and trust deed and foreclosure issues. He has been a featured speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars, acts as a private mediator and serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Superior Court.
